  • S710a: Camera (1.3 megapixel)
  • K790a: Camera (3.2 megapixel)

The ones that stand out to me are the P1i, W960i, and K850i. The first two because of their large screens, and the last because its high camera resolution. I couldn't get screen sizes for all of them; Sony Ericsson never really mentions that information.

Motorola

  • ROKR E6: Touchscreen (2.4"), Camera (2.0 megapixel) - $270 (Amazon)

Current Favorites

The P1i is a good high end phone. It has a large touchscreen, plenty of connectivity long battery life. The M600i is looking like our best low end phone. The firmware can be buggy, and it lacks a camera, but you can't beat the price.
