Problems you may encounter

Palm HotSync spontaneously stops working

This is a known "interaction" between Palm OS devices and Windows operating systems. In order to fix it:

  1. Uninstall palmOne.
  2. Download, install, and run the Palm USBRegClean utility.
  3. Restart your machine.
  4. Reinstall palmOne using the installation CD that came with your Palm device.
  5. Download and install the latest version of HotSync from the Palm website.

Build Errors and Known Resolutions

BUILD FAILED build.xml:30: Invalid CSS: the style-reference to "none" in style [mailalert] refers to a non-existing style.

Solution: Upgrade to j2mepolish Version 2.0 or greater. The 'none' style doesn't exist in prior versions of polish.

Eclipse Imports "Cannot Be Resolved", despite being able to link to them with "Open Declaration"

This is a weird problem with stale build problems. Try "Project->Clean..."
